Shipping & Returns


Please Note we do NOT deliver to PO BOX addresses.

Most shipments will be carried out by Couriers Please or Australian Air Express. Shipping is charged at a flat rate depending on weight and what country you live in. If Ordering outside Australia additional delivery charges may apply you will need to contact us so we can inform you on how much your delivery will be. At the time of your order it is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address, should you enter the wrong address we are not obliged to re-send the order at our expense to the correct address. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. Orders can take up to a maximum of 14 business days for delivery but you will be notified if this is the case, in most cases orders will be dispatched the next day. Although we always endeavour to get it to you quicker if possible. We always do our best to provide products on time to our customers, In the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel your order. We will do our utmost to investigate any of the above unfortunate events.

If orders are placed before 9.30am we will endeavor to dispatch same day however we can not guarantee same day delivery unfortunately. Providing all goods are in stock if not you will receive notification that they aren’t. NSW Country is  to 2 – 4 business days and o If in the case there is a delay with your order or it can not be filled you will be contacted by someone in regards to this !


Our company policy excludes all liability for any loss or damage including non delivery. If having a parcel delivered to a home address and no one is available at time of delivery, parcel will be left in a safe place on premises. The courier will NOT deliver to the post office. Therefore business address is best option for delivery.

Insurance Option

Insurance is an option if you wish to pay the extra fee, if insurance is not picked AUTHORITY TO LEAVE will take place. Our company excludes all liability for any loss, damage or non delivery if you wish not to include insurance.


Direct Hair and Beauty Supplies will not exchange or refund any goods purchased. Claims will not be accepted after 7 days. Goods will need to be returned within 7 Days of purchase; sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods. If insurance has not been taken Direct hair and beauty are not liable for any damages that may be caused by couriers. Faulty items will go through warranty and will need to be sent back to base at your cost as we are wholesale not retail.

If you have simply changed your mind or wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched and want a refund a 20% restocking fee is applicable, as we have to cover bank and stocking charges, alternatively we can provide a store credit for the full value of your purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on any ‘wet products’ as we have no way to ensure that they are un-contaminated

Electrical have a twelve month warranty with the manufactures.

Electrical items will only be exchanged as per the manufactures warranty and only on items found to be faulty as a result of manufacturing and not misuse. You will need to return faulty items back to

Method of Refunds:

Direct Hair and Beauty Supplies will refund using the same method that payment was made.


All credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 1 % on the total amount

How to Make a Return:

All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns form below, and return the product in its original condtion with its packaging a copy of your order confirmation record and receipt. This also goes for electrical for warranty purposes.
