The products took two weeks from dispatch to receipt as couriers were hopeless (Couriers Please). I messaged your company requesting some assistance & received no reply.
The products don’t seem to mix very well with the clear gel coming out a lot more than the cream part of the product.
Will not buy online again

thank you for your review, unfortunately the postage is out of our control we dispatched on the 28th of November which you should have recieved the email with tracking, as for you contacting us we have had no email or phone call. There has been long delays for November and December. As for the product if it is not what you are use to maybe you can contact Loreal and discuss if they have changed the formula , our service is what we provided, to the highest standard.
Great product, keeps my curls and hair looking fabulous
